I'm Mike Skinner, Managing Partner at Mingo Solutions. I've spent the past thirty years architecting and leading transformation and change for companies of all shapes and sizes. 

Through these many experiences, I learned first-hand that traditional, case based approaches to driving change in business rarely works as intended.

 

Business and Government, and the ecosystems they operate within, are human centric and complex. There is no one best practice to apply or case study to replicate when looking to transform and evolve behaviors within these unique and adaptive environments.

 

Instead, we must first understand the nature and science of complex systems and human behavior. Only then can we develop and guide complex change on a case by case basis.

 

Mingo Solutions came about as a platform for providing individuals and organizations with access to knowledge, expertise and practical tools for making sense of organizational complexity and successfully navigating complex change. 

At Mingo we take a science-based approach to understanding human-centric systems, and use context specific thinking, tools and methods to understand, nurture and embed complex change.

Who are we. We are chefs, not cooks. Our approach is grounded in the science behind complex systems and human behavior and we recognize that every problem, every ecosystem and every customer is unique.
